Technical Consultant & Writer

Mr. Wynn has experience in drafting patent applications of all varieties and preparing arguments before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and reviewing and analyzing intellectual property portfolios.
More, Mr. Wynn served as an Electrical Engineer for L-3 Communications, Inc., a leader in communication systems for intelligence collection, satellite communications, imagery processing, and performance data link systems to transfer information to and from aircraft, ships, satellites and ground stations throughout the world. There he designed antennas, microwave devices, and radio frequency communications systems for Department of Defense and commercial customers.
Before his career as an electrical engineer, Mr. Wynn served as a consultant and senior technical writer in the prosecution of patent applications for a local intellectual property law firm. There, he gained experience in the analysis of patents and products including validity and prior art. He has a strong background in a variety of technologies including: business methods, mechanical, and electrical devices.
Further, Mr. Wynn completed a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Air Force where he served as a Meteorologist consulting Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security organizations on both North and South America weather conditions. Brian had been deployed to several foreign countries, in support of both the Persian Gulf War and Global War on Terrorism.
Mr. Wynn has had many major accomplishments in his military service. For example, he was responsible for the preparation of many high-level military technical proposals. Brian also was responsible for completely restructuring the critical Okinawa Weather Forecast Agency operations. Finally, Brian single-handedly constructed a state-of-the-art weather station infrastructure from the ground floor in Southwest Asia just days before the United States war with Iraq.
