Mr. Watson has experience in the creation and development of patent applications on many technologies as well as consulting in actual prototype development.  His intimate knowledge of software implementation makes him an invaluable resource in protecting high value software-based technologies.

Mr. Watson has over 20 years of experience as a software engineer, consultant and entrepreneur. Mr. Watson has been a consulting expert for software patents applications, performing analysis of related technology, researching infringing products and identifying infringing elements. He is also an L3 Developer with SPS (Select Portfolio Servicing) as a project manager. At SPS he has developed systems changes for in house applications of (C#, ASP.NET, SQL, DTS Packages) with coding in some web applications of ASP.NET C#.

His areas of expertise in technical skills are Design, Client Server, Requirement Gathering, Coding, Debugging, Project Management, Team Lead, CMM & SLC. He further has extensive skills in the following technical languages: .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, CE), Assembly, Visual Basic, C, C++, Html, Php, PASCAL. His technical Tools are Microsoft Project, DNN (Dot Net Nuke Portal), Infragistics. His databases and OS skills are in the following areas: Microsoft SQL Server, Informix, Oracle, MySql, Essbase, Access, Windows 3.1/95/98/2000/XP/Server 2003/ Server 2003 Web Edition OS2, UNIX, Linux and DOS.
