Attorney
Philip is a graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law and is a licensed Utah attorney.
While in law school, Philip focused his legal education on transactional intellectual property, international law, and was a member of the 2009 Labor and Employment Moot Court Team. He also spent many hours clerking for the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington and Idaho, where he represented clients in federal court. Philip has recently accepted publication of a scholarly intellectual property article to be published in the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal Fall 2010 edition.
Philip also has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Utah. While at the University of Utah, he was on the Dean’s Academic List as well as received the Governor Calvin Rampton Intern of the Year Award. Philip also draws his experience from work with the Utah Governor’s Office as a former speech writer and logistics coordinator for Governor Gary Herbert.
Philip’s practice of law is limited to trademarks, copyrights, licensing agreements, contracts, and litigation before the trademark trial and appeals board.

-Juris Doctorate degree from the Gonzaga University School of Law.
